Combination of strength training and cardio exercises that aims to improve an individual’s cardiovascular system and muscle endurance. The goal of boxing conditioning is to create a balance throughout the body.

Hot yoga

Hot yoga is a type of yoga practiced in a hot and humid studio. Similar to yoga, it’s designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and stability.

Bodypump is a barbell-based, fast paced workout that uses light to moderate weights and high repetition to tone and lean the body without bulking up.

A “Core and More” class is a fitness class that primarily focuses on strengthening the core muscles (abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes) while also incorporating exercises that target other muscle groups throughout the body, often utilizing various equipment like stability balls, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to achieve a well-rounded workout.

Booty Builder Bootcamp

A “Booty Builder Bootcamp” class is a high-intensity workout specifically designed to target and strengthen the glute muscles, focusing on exercises that sculpt and define the buttocks through a combination of bodyweight movements, resistance bands, weights, and potentially specialized glute-focused equipment, aiming to leave participants with a noticeable “booty pump” and improved lower body strength.
